server/etc/roxen_hilfe.pike ?

Hi there,

Seems that server/etc/roxen_hife.pike is not used or mostly undocumented.
It is maybe a good idea to remove this file since :

- we don't use it
- it is attic as starting of life and nobody don't use it
- it is removed also on Roxen 4.x branch as well...

Anybody against this ?
