Works for me (tm).

Two things i'd like to be sure:

- The cache identifier in the internal path never contains "-",  
otherwise that's broken. James?

- If the image format is changed (gif->jpeg for example) the  
extension is not: the file /(internal)/cimg/1234567890-image.gif will  
be a jpeg file. I wonder if that can break some clients. I'll fix that.
