Because I don't want to offer all modules needed for caudium.net for  
every people.

Also there is some modules (XSLT for example used for autodocs) that  
doesn't scale with VHS.

Hum... More or less, depending of apache + webdev is a bit overkilled...

Plain SVN is almost the same that local accounts.
